Who Are We?

Enchanted by Everly is a family-led, veteran-owned boutique inspired by our daughter’s passion for all things that sparkle. We curate themed boxes—featuring Everly’s favorite styles of dresses, shoes, and accessories—designed to bring a touch of magic and high-end enchantment to your home.

Our small team is a family affair: Mom handles the sales and marketing, Dad takes care of the operations, and Everly serves as our Chief Sparkle Officer. Every outfit, accessory, and story tale is carefully selected, reviewed, and "Everly-approved" before it ever reaches your door.

What Do We Do?

We create "Enchanted Experiences" delivered in a box. Rather than just selling apparel, we curate themed collections that combine high-quality dresses, sparkling accessories, and custom storybooks. Our mission is to take the guesswork out of gifting by providing everything needed for a complete, head-to-toe magical transformation, turning everyday moments into an enchanted experience.

How Does It Work?

We offer three ways to bring the magic home, ensuring that every budget can deliver an enchanted experience. Our standard collections are offered in two primary tiers, with a very special third option for life's biggest celebrations:

  • The Magic Box: Our essential "story in a box." This gift-ready set includes a premium story-time dress, a matching necklace, and a hardcover storybook to set the stage for adventure.

  • The Enchanted Box: The ultimate head-to-toe transformation. This includes everything in the Sparkle Box plus the matching shoes and a themed purse or bag to complete the look.

  • Everly’s Signature Series: From time to time, we feature a truly one-of-a-kind experience. The Signature Series is available exclusively as an "Enchanted" tier and features its own unique, premium packaging and a very special outfit designed for life's most important occasions.

Why Do We Do It?

We believe that every child has an inner spark—a natural sense of wonder and a bottomless desire for adventure. For Everly, that spark is fueled by princesses, unicorns, fairies, and mermaids. Whether she’s hosting tea parties with her animal friends or dreaming of undersea kingdoms, her imagination knows no bounds.

That’s why we created the Sparkle Pledge: our commitment to nurturing that magic. We don't just see dresses and accessories; we see the tools for a grand journey. We do this because we believe childhood should be a series of enchanted chapters, and every day is a new opportunity for discovery.

After all, to her, every day is an adventure—we are just helping her dress for it.

While we don't currently have a brick-and-mortar location, our digital boutique is always open! We use Shopify to ensure a secure and seamless experience as we deliver our enchanted boxes straight to your door.

What If I Need To Return My Box For A Refund?

No worries—we are here to provide the highest level of customer service and a truly hassle-free experience.

We are so confident that you and your princess will love your Enchanted by Everly box, but if for any reason you need to return it for a full refund, we are happy to help. Our only ask is that you keep the tags attached and send the items back in their original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked. Your satisfaction is the most important part of the story!

What If I Only Need To Exchange An Item Or Two?

No worries at all! We know that sometimes a dress needs a different fit or a pair of shoes needs a little more wiggle room. To exchange specific items from your box, simply ship the items back to us and let us know what you need in return.

As soon as we receive your items, we will have your replacements ready to go and will mail them back to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and ensure your princess has the perfect fit for her next adventure. We’ll do whatever it takes to make the magic right!

When Will I Get My Order?

At Enchanted by Everly, we know that once you’ve invited a new friend into your home, you want the magic to arrive as soon as possible.

Here is everything you need to know about how your order travels from our kingdom to your doorstep.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Our Promise: Every order is handled with care. Our team’s goal is to have your items sparkle-wrapped and out the door within 24 hours.

  • Standard Timeline: At a maximum, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Speed

To keep things simple and fair, shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout based on your location.

  • The Journey: We primarily ship via UPS Ground.

  • Expected Arrival: Once your package leaves our hands, please allow 5 to 7 business days for it to arrive at your home.

  • Coverage: We currently ship to all 50 states within the Continental United States.

Tracking Your Adventure

The moment your order takes flight, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email.

This will include your UPS Tracking Number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

A Note on Shipping Costs

To ensure we can continue creating high-quality, magical experiences, shipping costs are paid by the customer at the time of checkout.

These rates are determined by the carrier and are based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
