At Enchanted by Everly, we know that once you’ve invited a new friend into your home, you want the magic to arrive as soon as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how your order travels from our kingdom to your doorstep.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Our Promise: Every order is handled with care. Our team’s goal is to have your items sparkle-wrapped and out the door within 24 hours.

  • Standard Timeline: At a maximum, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Speed

To keep things simple and fair, shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout based on your location.

  • The Journey: We primarily ship via UPS Ground.

  • Expected Arrival: Once your package leaves our hands, please allow 5 to 7 business days for it to arrive at your home.

  • Coverage: We currently ship to all 50 states within the Continental United States.

Tracking Your Adventure

The moment your order takes flight, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email. This will include your UPS Tracking Number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey in real-time.

A Note on Shipping Costs

To ensure we can continue creating high-quality, magical experiences, shipping costs are paid by the customer at the time of checkout. These rates are determined by the carrier and are based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
